Chapter 1: My Birth and Early Years I was born during a time of great oppression in Judea, where Rome’s grip tightened around our people. My mother, Miriam, bore many children, among them my brother Yeshua, who would rise to lead a movement that challenged both Rome and the corrupt Temple elite.
